Seriously, what’s NOT to love about overnight oats?
Make them at your leisure some time in advance, and have them ready to go when morning comes? Count me in!
While there are plenty of ways to make overnight oats, from basic to super extravagant, this flavour here is definitely on the simpler side.
For me, these are reminiscent of childhood holiday mornings where you’d eat oatmeal while scarfing down the chocolate you begged your mom to let you eat first thing, because it was a “special treat“. Ya feel me?
Now get on it, and make tomorrow a special treat. Because if every morning can’t be a holiday, at least breakfast can taste like one!
Did I go overboard there?
Sorry, not sorry. I couldn’t help myself, I’m just real excited to share this recipe with you!
What You Need:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup non dairy milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
